The goal is not to stop time.
It is to make your time feel better.

Daily movement

How often your body gets out of the chair and into the day.

Sleep & recovery

Questions,
answered.

What is a lifestyle age?

Lifestyle age is a playful way to compare your current routines with broad healthy-aging patterns. Your Clock Age gives you perspective and motivation — not a medical measurement.

Is Clock Age the same as biological age?

No. More serious biological-age methods can involve blood biomarkers, fitness measurements or DNA methylation. Clock Age uses only your self-reported habits and is designed for entertainment and education.

How is my result calculated?

Your answers receive simple lifestyle points. The combined score gently moves your age forward or back, within a limited range. No single answer determines your result.

Do you save my answers?

No. The test runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us, stored on a server or connected to an account.

Can I really turn back the clock?

You cannot change your chronological age, but everyday habits can support health and function over time. Start with one realistic change rather than trying to rebuild your whole life on Monday.

A note on the fine print

Fun first. Honest always.

Clock of Life is an entertainment and educational tool. It does not measure biological age, predict lifespan, diagnose health conditions or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

The questions reflect broad lifestyle themes associated with healthy aging. For deeper biological-age assessment, established research methods use clinical biomarkers or DNA-based measurements.
